Nokia 5310

The Nokia 5310 is a fantastic addition to Nokia's growing range of Xpress Music phones. Combining sleek looks with dedicated music functionality, the 5310 is a great update to its predecessor, the 5300.
It's an ultrathin phone, at just 9.9 mm, and has a lovely practical design with a good sized conventional keypad and a 5-way navigation key. The music phone is available in a choice of red or blue.
The music player has support for playlists, album art and an equalizer.
But the 5310 is not just a music phone. As well as making calls and playing music, it will do everything that you'd expect from a mid-range non-3G phone. The camera is a respectable 2 megabytes. It lacks a flash, which is a shame, but in good light it'll take decent pictures.
Although the phone isn't 3G, it supports fast downloads using EDGE and has the Opera Mini Browser built-in, so you can still browse the web, and the screen is large enough to make this feasible.
Encased in a 9.9mm thin aluminum shell and featuring a MP3 player, dedicated music chip for quality sound, a 3.5mm audio jack, and up to 2GB of storage, it really is big on sound but small in the pocket
This is definitely a phone that you can enjoy even when it's switched off, and it's small and light enough to carry anywhere - jeans pocket, shirt pocket or handbag.

Green Tea

After many of us have determined to lose weight or get in shape - magazines, newspapers, television and radio bombard us with diet and weight-loss options. Diets are promoted through books and over the Internet.Be skeptical. Some are more hype than substance. Some are downright dangerous.Unfortunately, many diets are empty promises.

Beware of diet plans or weight loss products.I am going to present you a natural way of losing weight-green tea. There has been a great deal of research done in the last few years on the health benefits of green tea. Research has ranged from antioxident components to a dieters dream of raising metabolic rate.
Green tea contains several antioxidents such as vitamin E and C. One in particular, EGCG, is very powerful. While antioxidents are associated with free radical damage they have also been linked to weight loss.
Green tea contains a group of compounds called tannins which have a calming effect on the nerves. It is very important to keep the stress level low in the weight loss process. If stress levels are allowed to rise for a long period of time the fat storage hormone cortisol is secreted and rapid weight gain could ensue.
Most important, green tea has the ability to boost your metabolism. Polyphenol compounds in green tea appear to accelerate calorie burning, including fat calories. It does so by regulating the breakdown of norepinephrine, a brain chemical that controls metabolism.
If you are on a fat loss program always choose beverages with no calories. Your best choices are green tea and water. Green tea will give you healthy antioxidents, calm your nerves, increase your metabolism and aid in weight loss on all fronts
